PayPal (from a balance or a linked bank account), Visa, and Mastercard. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where your device supports them. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. We do not accept American Express, Discover, Klarna, Afterpay, cash on delivery, cheques, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Everything is priced and charged in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is already included in the listed price, so no separate tax line appears at checkout. Shipping is the only amount added on top, and you see it before you pay.
A third-party payment provider does, not us. Card details are entered on their secure page. We never see your card number, it does not pass through our servers, and we are not able to store it. What comes back to us is your name, email, the amount paid, and a transaction reference.
Once, at the moment you complete checkout. We do not sell subscriptions and we do not store your card for future use. Items sitting in your bag are not charged for.
Sometimes a bank places a temporary hold instead of taking the money straight away. If an order is cancelled while a hold is in place, the hold is released — most banks do that within 3–5 business days. We cannot speed that up from our end.
A declined payment means no order was created and no money was taken. Check the billing address matches your bank, then try a different card or a PayPal balance. Never send us your card number.
Refunds go back to the original payment method in US Dollars (USD) within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. There is no restocking fee. We cannot refund a different card, account, or person. Full details are on the Return Policy page.
We may cancel an order and refund it in full before shipping if a price was listed in obvious error, the item is unavailable, the payment looks unauthorized, or the billing and shipping details cannot be reconciled.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@lockediner.us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually identify it within one business day.
